At Body Construct we offer an unparalleled fitness experience, combined with an intelligent nutrition program, that will aid in your desire for a full body transformation - from the inside and out. Our fitness programs are continuously altered to cater to our members needs and requests. Why do we change our class formats daily?! Because we want our BC Ladies and you to get the most out of our programs as possible. We’re all about quality, not quantity. Our trainers at Body Construct will spend one-on-one time with you during our group classes, assisting you with form, any necessary modifications due to injuries, while continuing to motivated you to push harder - and help you achieve your goals. 

Once you set a goal, we will work with you until it is accomplished - providing you with all the tools necessary to succeed. With the passion that exists within Body Construct, we strive that every person that walks through our door, leaves with an enjoyable experience.

FITNESS PROGRAMS / CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BOOTCAMP/BOOTCAMP EXPRESSO: Bootcamp is a weight training and cardio based class that will give you that slim, toned body. Bootcamp sessions include targeting specific muscles, and burning fat at a high rate. Bootcamp is a high calorie burn workout that is Body Construct's backbone for our fitness program. Each bootcamp class is different from the last.


We offer "Bootcamp Expresso" in the mornings. This class is just like our Bootcamp classes, except the duration of the class is shorter in length.


JUMPING FITNESS: Jumping Fitness is a high-intensity, fast paced cardio workout with a plyometric baseline. This exercise class gives you a full body workout which is all completed on a trampoline! In a Jumping Fitness class, songs will vary throughout, and each session, the playlist may be different. If you love jumping, music and exercising this is the class for you!

 

CYCLE 5: Cycle 5 is Body Construct's newest addition to our class schedule! Cycle 5 has its own spin to it and the format is created by Lori-Ann herself. This class entails 5-minute cycling periods that result in a total of five rounds. Cycle 5 focuses on weight training while getting your cardio workout in on a spin bike! This 40 minute class is a high fat burning workout that will aid in diminishing calories.

SPIN: Our Spin classes will leave you drenched in sweat!  This is a high caloric burn workout that targets your entire body. You will bike to upbeat music that will keep you alive! The class is always packed, so you don't want to miss out!

KICKBOXING: Kickboxing will leave you dripping sweat, but is a favorite here at Body Construct! This intense workout targets your entire body which will benefit you with results of fat burn and toning. Grab your gloves and get ready to work hard!

PREGAME: Pregame only occurs on Saturday mornings, so you don't want to miss the workout of the weekend! This is typically a station-based format, followed by Tabatas, which is a high-intensity, interval method that will give you that cardio aspect to your workout. Pregame focuses on strength training and cardio based exercises.

ISO-Tone: Iso-Tone will give you that sculpting look that you have always wanted! This class is all about strength training, which will aid to your body's desire of a great physique. Ever hear that muscle burns fat at a faster rate? It's true! Iso-Tone will provide you with a slim, toned body.

RACK IT UPRack It Up is a variation of Iso-Tone. Rack It Up is the perfect class to take if you are looking to work on strength conditioning, and you are newer to this type of exercise. This class will give you a toned body, and you will leave loving this format!
