Our fitness programs are continuously altered to cater to our members needs and requests. Why do we change our class formats daily?! Because we want our BC Ladies and you to get the most out of our programs as possible. We’re all about quality, not quantity. Our trainers at Body Construct will spend one-on-one time with you during our group classes, assisting you with form, any necessary modifications due to injuries, while continuing to motivated you to push harder - and help you achieve your goals.

FITNESS PROGRAMS / CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Boot Camp: Bootcamp is a weight training and cardio based class that will give you that slim, toned body. Bootcamp sessions include targeting specific muscles, and burning fat at a high rate. Bootcamp is a high calorie burn workout that is Body Construct's backbone for our fitness program. Each bootcamp class is different from the last.​
​​Full Body Blast: Full Body Blast is typically a station-based format, which is a high-intensity, interval method, and strength training that will leave you drenched in sweat and fully toned!

Iso-Tone: Iso-Tone will give you that sculpting look that you have always wanted! This class is all about strength training, which will aid to your body's desire of a great physique. Ever hear that muscle burns fat at a faster rate? It's true! Iso-Tone will provide you with a slim, toned body.
Build a Booty- Sculpt, Lift, and Shape your lower body in this glute-focused class designed to target every angle of your booty. Using resistance bands, body weight, and high intensity movements, we activate and strengthened the glute muscles while also toning the hamstrings, quads and core​. Whether your-re looking to build curves, boost strength or improve performance, this class delivers RESULTS!
