  • Do I need to register before trying a class?
    Registering before attending a class is not required, but it is recommended that you come to class 10-15 minutes prior to fill out any necessary paperwork. Check out our Class Schedule to view our available classes.
  • I haven't worked out in years - will I be able to keep up?
    We have members at Body Construct that are at different levels of fitness. Our Trainers offer modifications and various levels of intensity for each exercise. We always encourage you to push yourself, but only to a level that you feel comfortable at.
  • What should I bring with me to class?
    We provide you with all the exercise equipment, but we ask you to please bring plenty of water and a towel (for sweating purposes). We advise you to bring an ab mat, but if you do not have one, we will provide you with one. If you forget your water bottle, we do sell water bottles at our BC pro shop.
  • How long is each class?
    Since each of our workouts are custom built by our Master Trainer each day, each workout is different. Each class runs between 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  • How do I prepare for Kickboxing?
    For this class, you must have kickboxing gloves as well as a workout mat. If you do not own a pair of gloves or forget your gloves, we do sell gloves at our BC pro shop. Due to insurance policies and the protection of our company, we do not allow participants to take this class, if they do not have access to gloves.
  • How do I become an official member after my trial has ended?
    We only allow a small number of clients as we are all about quality, and providing the best to our members. If you would like to become an official member, it is recommended you make an appointment with our Membership Manager to discuss enrollment.
